To support our mission, vision, and core values, we put heavy emphasis on what we call "The Three C's":

Competition: THSC is a competitive swim team committed to athletic excellence and continuous improvement.

Culture/Community: We foster the collective values, attitudes, behaviors, and norms that generate connection within our team.  We give back to the broader community, creating impact and enriching lives both in and out of the pool.

Communication: A key to success is strong communication between swimmers, parents, coaches, and the board.

We aim to be a nationally recognized and respected leader in youth swimming, known for developing elite, competitive athletes. THSC fosters a safe environment where every swimmer is encouraged and supported to reach their highest potential, setting new standards of excellence in the sport. Through relentless dedication, innovative training, and a commitment to personal and athletic growth, we strive to be the premier club for those who seek to compete at the highest levels.

THSC is committed to providing a safe environment for all members. Our policies align with the USA Swimming's Safe Sport program.
